The QTI data system is built so that Dorte Ågård enters the names of the school administrators. They create teachers with names and email addresses, and the system sends out codes and links to the teachers. The questionnaire responses are collected and processed confidentially by the company Brokk og Sindre ApS, which knows the codes and links the responses to them, but Brokk og Sindre ApS. does not know the names of the teachers.
The process for data collection and processing described here has been designed according to "Privacy by design" principles, where personal identity and answers are kept separate in different databases on different servers and are only brought together in connection with report generation.
The collected data used for development of the questionnaire (statistical validation), calculations (for example of average profiles) and further research are only available in anonymised form.
All teachers can at any time request that their responses be deleted.
